We are committed to protecting the personal data of our participants, enquirers, and website visitors in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its associated regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at [email protected].
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data necessary to administer our programmes and respond to enquiries. This includes:

Our programmes are educational in scope and do not involve the collection of financial data.
Legal basis for processing: Data collected via the enquiry form is processed on the basis of your consent (PDPA section 13). Programme administration data is processed on the basis of contractual necessity. Website analytics (where applicable) are processed on the basis of your cookie consent.

Marketing: We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. Any programme-related communications you receive are limited to the cohort in which you are enrolled or in which you have expressed interest. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected].
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited personal data with the following categories of third-party service providers, solely to the extent necessary for the operation of our programmes and website:
